Hello Club Organisers
Yay, it's nearly Show day!  Please review the following info regarding your Club plot.
Got Tickets?
All your club members will need to purchase a ticket via our website.  The vehicle Gate Passes that we sent to you in the post are not valid without an e-ticket (printed or on your phone). 
I strongly suggest that you do not issue a Gate Pass to any member who doesn't have an  e-ticket.
NO PASS NO ENTRY
If your members don't have a gate pass they will not be admitted at the Exhibitors gate, they will have to enter via Tatton Park and pay the Tatton fee.
"Can I leave passes on the gate?" As mentioned, people who don't have a pass will not be allowed to approach the gate, so this wont work.  Please don't encourage any members to aproach the exhibitors gate without a pass, it will reflect badly on your Club.
If possible we recommend meeting your members en-route and handing out passes when they show you their e-ticket.
GATE TIMES
The exhibitors gate opens at 7am and closes when the Show opens at 9am or shortly afterwards.  Please do your best to be on your plot by 9am

Just got my official letter today - RMCH / our buggy stand raised  £1,614.45.   They still think there are a few more £ to come in (I have been promised some by a friend in the pub whos saw Shaggy, Tucker and I on the Sunday morning and it made his day - just not had chance to catch up with him since).

This is the best ever bucket collection for RMCH at Tatton / VWNW.  So they are very pleased and so should everyone who attended and supported - especially Doug!
