Will the scat oil oil pump filter fit on the engine with a rear cage fitted or does it foul the cage

Is it similar to this set up - if so no.

That looks bulkier than just a filtr

Well a oil filter tin case  is about as thick as a fag paper,  the cover does just what is supposed to do, protect it from damage.

And being bulky has nothing to do with your question.

Coarse it does , if you. Cover the filter its obviously bulkier .
Where will it foul the cage as mine looks as if its above the bar just ! :-)

Isn,t that the cage tube below the filter in you picture ?

Mine just fits behind the cage , though i don't have a cover on it.
