Im after the grey knob/plunger more than the 67 wiper switch... cheers

Correct Pete,
the 67 is a one year only switch with a rubber knob.
i was thinking about using a 2 speed wiper motor and 67 switch on my 65 and fit the earlier grey knob and plunger to the 67 switch so as to keep my dash looking original..

Has anyone out there in buggy land got a used grey wiper switch knob and plunger for 65/66 beetle,

would be interested in a complete 67 wiper switch with grey knob and plunger if anyone hoarding one.

Im looking for a pair of driveshafts for a buddys split van
to fit a creative engineering irs conversion kit.
Not knowing much about irs conversions myself but i think he needs
driveshafts with beetle inner cvs,early bay spline outer cvs and the hub carrier.
drums not needed as wide 5 disc brake kit been fitted.

still got the 2 chassis',the 2 axled rigid body and a k reg chassis

I probably shouldnt be on this forum now that im buggyless,(Put it to the vote)
I regret selling the Tramp shell already.
As usual with any old vw it needs major chassis and lower body repairs all round,
going to keep the patina look for a while,the reg number is EEH332C.
Im looking for body panels if anyone out there in fibreglass land got anyting kicking about..

Well my cheap and nasty sip migmate welder has finally given up and gone pop in a dramatic style,
so on the look out for another single phase/240v mig set ,preferably euro torch model,
went on a 4 hour road trip up to Preston today to check out a 65 1200 beetle for my stepson,
needless to say it needs some mayor floorpan/heater channel rework to get it back on the tarmac.

Finally, a no rain day,
managed to get the old framehead off,
got the bottom panel off and cleaned up the framehead i aqquired off that lovely bloke from Tividale.
