Hello!
I have finally got round to introducing myself courtesy of my daughter, Kiah, and a big stick!!
I've been lurking as a guest virtually since the forum was invented! Yes I know that's a long time but... here I am :D
I've met a few members already, most recently being Tatton Park, which was a superb day, and I look forward to meeting many more. I will be the quiet one hiding in a corner but if you can coax me out and get me to talk about beach buggies you probably won't shut me up. ;D
Okay then... I'm going to head back to my corner! See you all soon! ;-)up
TTFN!
Myles
Welcome aboard!!!! ;-)up
(Finally!) :D
About bloomin time ::)
Good to see you on here at last ;-)up
Welcome aboard Myles reckon we can cure the lurking, there are lots of us happy to chat about buggies so your corner may soon be redundent.
Great to have your post Myles. You should know by now you are luckily in an area with a decent amount of buggy owners so the futures going to be even more fun.
Nice one Myles, don't stay too quiet, see you soon
Welcome ;-)(-;
Come on Myles, don`t be shy and tell everyone on here who you are and what you do ;-)up
Oh, and I want to see a build thread for your Buggies too ;)
welcome to the forum buddy
And Myles, Photographs !!!! everybody likes photographs
Welcome aboard, another Volksrod too ;-)up
Seen a few photos of your buggy, and even saw it a Stoneleigh this year I think. I wondered about the who, and now I know. :D
Nice to see you on here finally. I believe I spoke to you briefly at Tatton too. ;-)up
As well as Stoneleigh
Welcome ;-)up
Thank you for all the welcomes ;-)up

It's Cynthia ;D
That's a cool photo Myles ;-)up and I didn't realise Cynthia could drive ;D ;D
Well Smyles you are certainly a tease or is it Cynthia who is the tease ?
I'm slow at the in jokes but is Cynthia your alias, the 'blonde' in the buggy (think she'd get on with Lee), the buggy itself or the painted lady on the plane ?
I don't think we'll see a more impressive first photo post - top marks !
Ha ha, Cynthia has hidden talents Paul...if you know what i mean ;)
Hugh, Cynthia is definitely a tease, always legless and (no offence to her) but, a bit of a dummy !
The Lancaster bomber is called 'Just Jane' and is based at Lincolnshire Aviation Museum, East Kirby....Cynthia and i would recommend a visit, ah....maybeeeee a buggy club visit, they would love that i'm sure....oooh i feel a plan coming on, anyone interested ?

Ooh ! I feel a plan and a Buggy Photo Shoot coming on ;-)up ;-)up ;-)up

Planes and cars..... there was a bit of a theme of that on my Facebook a while back - Those sporting bears got a tad carried away with them.

Is this the Lanc that was built by the two brothers as a remembrance to their brother who died in the war?
Hello and welcome,
Hi Jaysons Dad....yes this Lanc is the one you are talking about. The brothers are trying to get her airbourne again and do lots of special events to raise money towards that goal. She does taxi runs to the point of nearly flying and you can buy a seat on one of those runs. Unfortunately one of the brothers passed away recently but the mission is still to return Just Jane to flight. The BBMF Lancaster lives just down the road and last year the Canadian Lanc came over and they both did flypasts over Just Jane...impressive site !!
;-)up
Can I get Cynthia's number as Sandra will not talk to me since I let her down?? (see IBW) :-*
Ha Ha Lee ;D
The only number i have for Cynthia is one i found on the back of her head....it has a barcode and a C in a circle next to it ?
I can send it to you under plain cover if that helps ;)
Hi, I'm new around here & have just been checking the threads out.
Is that a 'real doll' in your buggy?
I love the Lancaster in the background & the buggy's pretty sweet too but the rest seem's some real 'WTF!' level stuff.
I've probably just missed an in-joke but hey! whatever! I'll leave you guy's to it :-X

Hi Myles - count me in. I'm in South Lincs so we often see the Lancaster and Spitfire fly over. Would love the chance to meet everyone there.
Welcome aboard from another newb.
