Hi, I've not got this buggy anymore, but it was my favourite without a doubt. I sold it to a gut in Plymouth. Don't know if he's still got it? Has anyone seen it about? The pictures are of when I resprayed it for the 2ndtime.

Hopefully I've put these pictures on right this time, as I'm still trying to get up to speed with photobucket :o
I remember back in the day when I used to dream of getting a buggy late 70's early 80's, even though I couldnt drive, and when this first came out after seeing the add for it in one of the old VW mags, no longer going.
I think the add showed it parked on a narrow road with a grassy bank to one side.
liked it straight off.
I rented my blue & black Kombats/Vultures out to an advertising agency for a week. The end result can be seen on you tube with Jude Law driving the black one. If you go on YouTube & search :-
'dunhill spring & summer 2009' you can see the behind the scenes footage. I would link it to this thread but I don't know how? :-[
pretty cool, good to keep as a nice bit of history for you ;-)up
