weather for Sat looks poo .... so wont camp.   Will try to get there Sunday... have a problem with the buggy that I will have to fix on Sat though...... so could go a bit pear shaped.   Unfortunatly I am having to work in Holland this week so cant get to fix the buggy  :'(  So all going to be a bit last min for me.

Anyone else going?  Metting up on route?   If you are let me know and if I havent already got it lets exchange numbers ... that way if I dont get it fixed on Sat I can text.

Not sure if I will make it .... depends if I fix the buggy..... anyone in the show, you have to be there at 09:00 as they wont let you in after then.  Its not a massive show so meeting up is easy... just go to the buggies  :D

I don't think I'll be making it to this after all  :( I've been looking forward to it for ages but oh well. Maybe next year - in the buggy!!

Not a big turn out ... Mark in his Volksrod looking as clean as ever, Si (TinyBuggy) on the old forum now with the largest sterio I have ever seen in a buggy and with an new aggressive stance (looks really good) and myself.  Couple of others without buggies - Manx David, GP Jools and his mate and a guy whos name I didnt get that said he knows Chad and Goerge ... was part of the formation of the original Midlands Buggy Club he said.

Weather was very kind to us and stayed dry (was actually very sunny at one point). So a nice trip.  Forgot my camera so only have a couple of pics on my phone which I will try to update later.

Nice meeting you all that went...  dont forget to put Manchester Childrens hospital and VWNW in your calanders as well :)

And thanks to Mark that got me back up running and no thanks to who ever had been pulling at my wiring and disconected my starter!   The one thing I can say about All Types... wow people cant seem to keep their hands of buggies!   I dont mind the genuine ones like GP Jools and his mate who had a really good chat and were just interested... its the others that seem to feel its ok to have a pull at things and generally play with your motor.....

Thanks for posting the pics!  :D

Why can't people just leave them alone  ::) we'll have to start following them to their cars and start pulling at their things  ???

This is the problem I have with car shows part of me thinks go because I enjoyed going to see all the cars when I was young, then I hate it when people have no respect for a car that I have put a lot of time and effort  in to. So what do you do unless you stand buy it all day ?

Couple of hot plates on the seats, that'll keep the little darlings off.

TBH I normally don't mind people sitting in mine, if they ask first. But they have to ask!!

It's that little word that's so often missing.  If they ask, then they have already shown a degree of respect, which suggests they'll also respect your property whilst sitting in it.  If they don't have enough respect to ask, then they probably won't respect your property while they climb aboard.

They'd soon complain if they paid to enter a car show, only to find no cars because such actions.

Sounds like that was the guy... though he did have a straw pork pie hat on to shade his head... he took it off and he was definatley bald... seemed like a nice guy and we had a laugh with him.
