A while ago, when still staying in Johannesburg, I went to fetch an old buggy shell I've had for a while that has been stored on a friend's farm , and the only way I could transport it, was on the roof of the Baja I had at the time! 8)
On my way there, I managed to get 120kmh (GPS) top speed, but on my way back the best I could do was 100km/h (GPS) because of the wind resistance.
Got some funny looks from people passing me, though...

Thats a really cool looking Baja - more pictures please ;-)up
I've had the baja for a short while as an 'interim toy' while building my buggy. It wasn't in a good condition, but a lot of fun to drive - the stickers and paint was done by my friend who I bought it from -

I 'borrowed' the buggy's wheels for a short period to attend a VW logo build day we had in Johannesburg in 2011 - can you spot my Baja? ;-)up
