Selling my Armitage braked a frame for towing a buggy.
Comes complete with brake cable for pedal, bar to connect and 2 connectors for the buggy front beam and i think jockey wheel all in a handy bag.
I've used it to tow my buggy twice and it was brilliant.

The part next to the blue cable is to psss the cable through on the body to adjust the tensions. I cut it off the original polo beam to use on the buggy.
The original o ring type bar loops are also included so you can knock up your own to fit a buggy or rain and use those or included are 2 clamp brackets with the red eyelets that bolt directly to a ball joint beam and it all fits up with the frame and rod.
That is how I towed mine 40 miles each way and it sat perfect as long as you remember to tighten the clamps up!! (Don't ask ;D )
So there it all is, jockey wheel and bag found ready to go.
