Title: Newbie!
Post by: MDStansted on February 03, 2024, 05:37:29 PM
Hi all,

Recently bought this lovely GT Hustler, nearly 30 years after owning a Beamish Beach Buggy in Cape Town and regretting not shipping it home ever since!

Currently in the process of fitting a new fuel tank and hoping to have her back on the road before Easter, (and already indebted to Dave DND for his advice!), with thanks in advance for anyone who can advise on what will surely be some very rookie questions!

Matt

Welcome to the UK buggy scene with your 1970's survivor and there are a few Beam buggies over here from SA somebody shipped bodies over and a few have come complete. .

Welcome Matt.

If you have any old photos of your buggy in Cape Town do post them so we see what a buggy in good weather looks like!

This forum loves questions and challenges to the group knowledge. Nothing is too simple or obscure to ask.

See if you can get your Hustler along to one of the meets.
