Dubs in the middle vw show followed by Ragley classic car meet at a stately home 20 miles south of Birmingham.
Entry has just been opened, I am happy to book a club stand again, have not checked the price but it was £5 a day last year that covers 2 occupants 2 kids and entry to the house saving about £17 a day on normal day entry cost.

Dubs in the middle is 25th to the 28th a four day event, we could do that saturday and ragley sunday and monday or whatever combination suits people, however sunday will be the biggest day at Ragley, Saturday and sunday are both busy days at dubs.
If folks want camping could be arranged at either or we have a sleep over here.
I vote Sunday at Ragley - its an awesome show, and as you say Sunday is the biggest day
Definately up for a sleepover / camping / beer / beer / wine / beer
Looks like I'm only going Sunday
bleugh
:o
Put us on the list for Ragley
Gary & Tiff
Every time I try to do the list I end up messing it up
Thanks
Enjoyed this last year. So all going well pam and I will be at both days and the meal too.
I would like to attend both days will ask if Cam is going to be able also, good last year at Dubs in the middle
The Chadwicks will be up for the Sunday at Ragley.
Not sure about the Saturday as yet as my mate runs a beer and music festival in Halesowen that was great last year.
Chad
This bit is only about the booking for Ragley as I need to pay upfront and book us in, food I will book a week before and dubs we just turn up and bluff our way in on the gate
Ah ha.
Dubs ain't about bluffing it's actually all about turning up in the company of two Evesham notables!
;)

Whats the easiest option for crashing overnight - pitch a tent in the garden, Spare Room? sleeping bags for the floor somewhere, or bring my Van?
Just thinking that Van & Buggy (2 parking spaces) is going to take up a lot of space on the drive :-\

Allan & Vanessa have bagged the caravan, DC and Gail the middle bedroom with his bad hip, Then we have John and you two so somebody can use the small bedroom floor ( no bed) and the other can grab the lounge floor think we have and air bed but we also have the thin self inflating camping mats. so up to you.

Do you reckon there will be space for the van & Buggy on the drive? If so I`ll bring that up, if not, I`ll grab the lounge floor please?
we can make space it is only an extra 4 buggies and van ;-)up

I will give out what I can at Dubs in Middle the rest I will have to stand on the entry road at Ragley.
Well done Keith. I'll come to Ragley via you and Vicky so will get my pass that way.
table booked for food at 5.45pm
Hi Keith,
Thats all well and good but thats my old reg. (LEA 587K)
My new reg is EEA 360J :-\
Chad
Chad I know it's easy for me to say but both times I've been to Ragley no one has seemed interested in reading the details on the pass - as long as you have it displayed. More interested in charging per extra passengers after the two in the front seat. So Amy jumped out of Ian and Pams and entered as free passenger in one of the solo driven Swb buggies.
In fact last year I took a different buggy to the reg on the pass and had crossed out the stated one, writing in the change. I was already for a chat but never got challenged.
Thanks Hugh that's good to know.
Chad
Pams' had her appointment come through for her scan. Unfortunately it's mid day on Sunday so that puts us out of attending the Ragley Hall show unless the scan gets cancelled.
So our ticket should be up for grabs. Will know nearer the day I guess. :(
Registration numbers on the forms can be changed as they say fill your own in if empty
Hi Keith, any idea of what the plans are for Saturday morning?
say meet at mine around 10 as folks will mingle and do stuff before we go, the only time we have set is 5.45 for the meal
Are we meeting up at Beckett's for around 9 and then aiming to be at Vicky and Keith's for about 9.30 - 10?
Sunday for Ragley, the overnight sleepers and folks coming to our place. Vicky is thinking breakfast at wetherspoons the Old Swanne in town as they open at 8 that gives us about an hour for eating then off to Ragley sometime after 9.
Fantastic Snoopy.
I'll be along (in an unstoppable buggy) to your fine kennel at 8.45 in good time to collect my pass and tag along to Ragley when the mob are fed, watered and tuned in.
Hugh we will be at the swanne inn on the right going through town just aftr 8 hopefully and there will be a pack of buggies parked up the high street. Then you can invest £1.25 in a refillable coffee cup.
Ah OK.
Thought parking would be restricted in town so you'd travel in the least number of buggies.
I'll get some fuel, check your house and then come looking 'up the swanne' for the usual suspects.
Snoopy, sounds good ;-)up
Shaggy, meet you at Becketts Farm at 9.00am on Saturday 8)
Ok Allan see you there at 9
Hope you have a dry one guys and girls.

Cheers Flags looks like we will be better off than you folk in the South and West, last year Sunday was dry but on the Monday we had thunderstorms so they are a day early this year :(
Gazeebo is in plus 3 sides this time for improved shelter.
Not sure how Dubs in the Middle went as I only rolled into Evesham at 8.45pm on Sunday to find two rows of neatly parked buggys near the breakfast eating owners from the day before.
Despite dramatic thunder and lightning over night the weather turned out to be essentially fine although muggy as the day went on. The grim forecast of torrential thunderstorms clearly deterred many and Ragley Hall classic cars felt only half full but 13 buggys made it and there was still plenty of interest amoung the other cars.

Without Dave Dream to defend his title of noisiest vehicle another buggyist, David, who also hails from Tamworth entered the ring to give it a bit of wellie. He was not short of an audience peppered with other buggyists with expert ears for noise, and able to cheer at the right time
(https://s22.postimg.cc/x1w8zp2a9/P1030324.jpg) (https://postimg.cc/image/dwszpxnm5/)
a few wimpish competitors soon fell by the wayside leaving David up against two American 5.7l engines and he justly secured his first prize with dare I say a rougher sounding engine than any other !

Glad we made the decision to make it to Ragley when the rain stopped by us, had great day, warm and bright! Arrived late and left early, glad we did though as caught in massive downpour 10 mins from home.
Thanks to Keith for organising the Ragley club stand eg the advanced payment and forms as well as the pavilion, and thanks to the usual suspects (Vicky, Gail, Vanessa etc) for catering and civilizing influences.
All part of the all inclusive buggy day out organisation, you were missed Saturday at Dubs. glad everyone enjoyed their weekend and we kept dry just about at the shows, actually got a bit browner today without working on a buggy.
I can only re-iterate what others have said and that is a big thank you to Snoopy and Vicky for organising today's get together.
By pre-booking us all in meant it cost just a simple £5 for all of us in the buggy.
Luckily we missed all the weather down here in sunny and dry Worcester and even managed a pub dinner down by the river.
Really enjoyed getting together and have a relaxed chat with fellow buggy friends. Something I don't seem to do often enough these days.
Chad
Great to meet up with everyone over the 2 days and the sun shone through despite a grim start. Met and chatted with some very enthusiastic and potential Buggy victims too over both days. Managed to get all the way home without the roof on too - blue skies all the way.
Huge thanks to Vicky and Snoopy for putting us up, or should that be putting up with us. ;-)(-;
