Only 4 terminals and letters must be an earlier beetle switch, the samba site will have a diagram.

5 wires brown is earth to the motor
Black is a live to the switch functions
Green will be a live for the self parking
Black grey and black green will be the speeds

Guessing you have an early switch and late loom which will work together but give you only single speed wipers.
You may need a later switch, how many terminals on the wiper motor.
Any photos avaiable.

If there's any markings or numbers on the switch try googling them, you might be lucky
