Another one please.  Twin port 1600cc motor.... Dog house cooler... Cannot recall when I removed the cooler if there were washers\spacers used on the fixings or if just seals in place and no washers\spacers. Thank you Paul

No spacers, just trap the seals but a washer under the nuts. Put new seals in-between the cooler and mounting block as well ;-)up ;-)up

[/font]Rob.. Just double checking here. When I came to clean up the oil cooler coupler I noticed I had a standard washer and a wave washer for each of the three studs. Would you look at my photo where I have put in place the 2 new seals and a washer at the base of the stud and I put a wave washer under each nut. When tightening down the nut on the stud at the peak of the triangle would only go down 3\4 of the stud thread. Have I the washers in the correct position or should both washers be on the top under the nut? Many thanks Paul

Hi Paul, those washers go under the nuts, there are usually a flat washer and a little wavey washer under each nut. There are little tubes running through the cooler to tighten against, so tighten nuts up till they go solid after squashing the seals.
