VW MK. 1 GP Beach Buggy for sale (restoration project).

My friend Gus who is staying with me at present is a mechanic and has owned the Beach Buggy for 27 years.
Due to his current personal circumstances (relationship break-up), he is not able to undertake the restoration
himself and has therefore reluctantly decided to sell.

Gus has owned the Beach Buggy for 27 years during which time he toured parts of Europe. Upon returning home,
he dis-mantled the Buggy with the intention to re-build.

The Buggy is as follows :

VW MK. 1 GP Beach Buggy for restoration.

The specification is as follows :

1. 1973 LWB swing axle floor pan.

2. 1960s LWB MK. 1 GP body.

It is currently completely dis-mantled.

3 original air cooled engines (all 3 require re-builds) are included and the original Tin Ware is present for at least 2 of the engines.

There are various containers that include the nuts and bolts etc and I would say that(at a minimum) 95% are included.

I attach current photos and also photos of the Beach Buggy before it was dis-mantled (1992).

The Buggy is for sale for £1700.00 but will consider sensible offers.

I would like a fairly quick sale on the Buggy as it is currently stored in my mum's garden ... so the price is being reduced to

£1,295.00 or near offer.
