evenin all,
so i've striped and cleaned my cv's put some new boots on,, put everthing back together and repacked with fresh cv grease,,, but now they seem to be locked up with almost no movement in the joint.
any idea what ive done wrong here as i'm prety sure every thing went back together the same as i took it appart as per the distuction manual ???

You have something the wrong way, maybe the cage is back to front. Strip and rebuild is the way have a close look at the groove and cage orientation

Cheers snoopy  ;-)up ,, the orientation of the inner hub and outer hub was off,,
job done anyways both arms done, stripped cleaned everythin looks good, new boots and repacked,, what a messy job, just glad i wont have to do that again at least not on this buggy  :D
