use either 4 or6 mm copper pipe from the tank through a hole in the centre tunnel through to the rear left hand gearbox fork using rubber grommets on the pipe where it passes through the metal to prevent chaffing and a split fuel line.
I'm in my buggy,
It's raining,
I really don't care.

Standard lines are 6mm outer asShaggy says in the tunnel sometimes this is not possible so clipped to the left side of the tunnel opposite thebrake pipe run will do but make sure it does not rub on anything.

I have just replaced all my fuel lines on the buggy as I am not a fan of jubilee clips.

All my fuel lines are made by Pirtek, all stainless with compressed fittings. The line runs through the tunnel via a bulkhead connection in the frame head. As for in the tunnel I have had a peice if plastic waste water pipe been there for over 20 years that runs from just behind the pedals to the gear selector rubber joint at the gearbox. It is then P clipped out and over the top of the G box to my filter mounted to the engine case.

The line from the fuel tank outlet elbow has an olive style fitting on it also from Pirtek.

If you can't fix it with a hammer it's not broken!!!

As Testa say jubilee tupe clips are no good for fuel hoses get prpoer round fuel line ones that clamp rather than pull through to tighten.

Agree and get ethonol rated where ever you need rubber as the old stuff just won't last with the fuel that we have now
