Trying to figure out the wiring for the ignition light, as I'm not using the standard ignition switch. Does it take a 12v feed and earth through 61 on the voltage regulator or is the 12v feed from the regulator ?

According to Peter's wiring diagram here http://www.manxmaniac.co.uk/wiringDiagramLarge.php the earth feed is coming from 61 on the reg and live is a switched fused live from the ign switch (on a std set up) , but I am an alternator guy so can't speak from my own set up
