Guys,

After a strap kit for a T1 gearbox. Either a nose cone or mid strap, or both. Large one for the engine end won't fit as I'm running an engine cage on my buggy.

Thanks

The straps are rubbish Ben, go for a Berg style center mount if you can c/w heavy duty mounts...

You just need something to stop the nose cone travel under excessive loading. I have a pre 73 cone on mine now so welded a bar into the front of the mounting. Above and below the tongue that sticks out so there is only a mm of travel not the 10 ish mm standard clearance. You could always use a ratchet strap around the horns and box both ways still allow the mountings to work and thus do not induce vibration or noise into the pan.
As David says the strap are crap quality and fit I brought one  to go on the kango years ago and it was a poor fit and increased noise transmission.
