Guys,

Anyone got one knocking about that they could measure for me?

I'm looking to order one but need to make sure it clears my battery box and storage box. Its more the dims and angles around the mount points I need. I need to know if its angled back enough to clear them.

Thanks,

Ben

It's a good bit of kit.
Expensive for what it is.
But worth it to have a simple solution that just works

Indeed. As we discussed several times about Flatlands gear. Not the cheapest but, out of the box, it works perfectly...

Dave, you are. Mrs Wells said so...

I'm after the width but more specifically, the measurements around the ends. Need to make sure it comes back enough to clear my battery and storage box.

Hi Ben.

Make sure it fits your chassis as I tried fitting one to mine but it wouldn't fit. My chassis is 1959 registered as a 69 know idea how that happened. It does fit my yellow build that's on a 72. There might be a picture on my build thread Yellow is good.

If you can't fix it with a hammer it's not broken!!!

The upper shock mounts on Pre 60 cars are cast at a different angle to later cars.

Thanks guys.

Think with the chassis being a 71 it will be fine. Just wanna be sure it clears the boxes.
