Might be worth making a forum contact with the lodge and get group age rates for those that might prefer the hotel option, just a thought.

Trouble is, that every kit car club is also trying to do the same - the organisers know this and the prices will probably start to climb - if you are considering this option though, suggest to book up now - but I recall prices are around £85~90 per night for two adults sharing

If you book on the standard rate, rather than the saver rates, you can cancel up to the very last minute and still get a full refund.  So if you think you might bottle out at the last minute then that's the way to go

Whats the camping options? do we need to book early?

you can pre book up until the 21st April or just turn up but I think pre booking is cheaper, it will also help with the size requirement of our area.

we cannot book until the 14th Jan anyway £5 for the driver and £15 per passenger or £30 an adult for not kit cars.

Will have to look into this as I cannot tow the caravan with the buggy may need a double trip to get 2 buggies there or bring the tent.

Camping space shoud not be an issue - I have reserved us a club camping area that is big enough for our needs - we cannot formally book camping or advance tickets until mid January, and the minute they become available I shall of course shout for numbers.

This is a Kit car Show, which means that anything goes - and rather than restrict our bit to just a Meyers Manx display, I want to include all of the vehicles and derviatives that have ben "Inspired" by the creation of the Buggy, and if you look at the following we have on here, there is a healthy mix of Buggies, Rails and Baja`s, so as far as I am concerned you are all welcome

WHS^^^^^^, well, not said exactly!  But it would be great to see your work, possibly more so as a work in progress.


BTW I don't think I've said for certain that I'll be there. I will. And I plan to take the Volksrod.  Any which way, I will be going, so you have been warned
