Hazel ask for the width of the seat bases, with orange beading they were meant for you.

I did the first time around...

"the overall widest part is the two cushion sections either side of your legs.
this section is about 56cm / 22"
lower back section just above your bottom is about the same width.
depth wise front to back about 62cm deep."

Re-reading that now, I guess the big at the back is going to be a bit narrower. 

The orange is sort of what grabbed my attention

22" is to wide unless you are going above tunnel height then they will not be central you need to aim for 19" ones or narrower.
theres normally new / seconds at stoneleigh going cheaper than list price so send your dad along.

Ideally I'd like to fit them in to sit on the floor pans.

There have been some good things at Stoneleigh in the past, I guess we'll see.
I'm watching a few different seats on ebay at the moment.

Getting a little bit impatient and starting to give up caring what seats I have

Just thought I would nip out and take some photos with a tape measure included...

You can see my seats dont go all the way back, and hopefully it might help you to see the width they are.

The tape measure is 25mm ish away from the body at the side wall so might give an idea, as I guess the chassis
distance across from one side to the other will be pretty much the same on most tub's.

22" is almost half the width...... so probably a bit wide.

And Yes..... She is an unimaginable mess at the moment

Yes, for me they are, and I thought a couple of photos with a tape measure in the frame may help.

All the seats that I have seen that will do most of what you want have had very slim bases.

Mine recline, tilt and slide too, to get these seats low, a flat bar can be welded across the seat bases
from runner to runner, as I have done on Sally's MX5's

They've got quite a while to go and at the moment I have my eye on one or 2 other seats.

If all else fails, maybe I could get these...  At least the orange would match

to do straight away....  As the auction may be over before you need them I guess

There's nothing like a 'real-time' update, just put the buggy on the chassis (again) for good I hope!

Although one of the wheels has been taken off.
