the pub carvery is good and home made puddings even better, was there a bit ago but  the owners are fighting back from the floods so the place should be better by the summer it was very wet and untidy still.

Righty-ho, will try and give him a call tomorrow. I did send them a message last year about NEWS2012 but they were away and couldn't make it, good to hear they'll hopefully be joining us again from this year! Although I don't want to get stuck behind them again!

I bet we can get more than 20 tents on the pitch as we are a friendy bunch, I could take a bedroom compartment or 2 in the caravan awning so we have 6 bed spaces on our pitch.
Anyway Paul you shared with Jon last year so why book a pitch just make sure he is bringing the big tent

Its not like we are traditional campers with our own designated areas, I guess we adopt the more "festival" type approach - if you can see grass, you can pitch a tent on it, and if you see a hard standing, then someone has nicked my trailer tent

You mean Jon has already booked...  awww well there's cash down the drain... 


I did think about just showing up and crashing somewhere but we are hopefully bringing the little guy this year and he gets up at 630 so don't want to put Jon through that (so we'll stick him in with Dave dream)
