I've won enough prizes this year so Saturday is fine and dandy for me.

Last year some of us met nearby at the Esso, Franche road, Habberley DY11 5BL, just NW of Kidderminster. Lined up on Franche road (A442) and then drove the short distance NW along the A442 to Dubs (DY12 1SU). Unless it is forecast mostly rain I will be there to leave at 9.45am

As were were parked in front of the stage it was hard to get a clear photo of the 8 buggies and later we we're surrounded by folks in chairs watching the performers


But Vicky did find a bug crawling up her leg so a photo on rthe hand before launching it to the grass

Yes we got there early and eventually found ourselves swallowed up into the crowd with a Christmas theme going on.

And indoor dining opportunities



But it wasn't long before the usual characters were out and about

I tried to get in to say hello after riding up from Devon - the plan was to meet my partner who was on the way back from Nottingham. We're looking for a buggy so thought we'd have a look around and expand our knowledge a bit.
Found the day visitor entrance and was told it cost £25, which at £50 for the pair of us seemed a bit steep. So we spent that on some lunch and I rode back home again!

Shows are getting expensive for day visitors the good news is as owners putting on a display there was no charge as we are an attraction.
Best get along to buggy events/meets as we do not charge to view.

No wonder some shows are dying if thats what they are charging for day visitors
