MBC Christmas party this year is Saturday 12th December at the Village Hotel Solihull. The party night is £50 per person and a £10 deposit is required as soon as possible ( no later than Friday 4th September) the remaining balance will need to be paid by Friday 23rd October. They have quoted rooms at £75 single, bed and breakfast and £85 a double however they are doing an offer at the moment and we've booked a king size room at £57 and breakfast is then at half price at £6.50. I have a link for this which I can email to anyone going but not sure how long that price will last which is why I can't say it's definitely that. If you want to go please let me know and I'll send you my bank details to transfer the £10 deposit. I've attached a copy of the menu but will take menu choices once I know numbers.
