Hi All, I have an early Volksrod with built in headlamps, it has really naff classic Fiat 500 sealed beam units.
I would like to fit LED 5.75 inch I think. Is there anyone out there that has had experience of doing this, if so how did you get around the fitting issue and where would I get some.
Thanks
Rob

PS, an old photo, restoration almost complete

I bought some from Ebay, 22 quid, they work nicely and at that price well worth a punt.

I'm currently thinking through this conundrum too.

Mine were meant for a mini so needed a bit of fettling for a buggy but then doesn't everything?
Just need to be E marked for mot which is pretty meaningless on something from that far east.

I've got a bit of wing fabrication/reinstatement to do anyway before any new lights go in.

I'm thinking about eeking mine to 5.75.
Just thinking about making them adjustable too, rather than fixed.
I can get mounts for 5.75s but they would need a much bigger hole.
