I thought about buying something I could tow the buggy with. 

A Frame sold, nice to meet Neil and have a chat on hand over in a dodgy lay-by 

Layby.....  Back in the 1950`s, when I was old enough to understand my surroundings, I have great memories of being out in my grandparents car and many a Sunday afternoon ended up in a layby with a paraffin operated primus stove, combined kettle/teapot and sandwiches. They were great meeting places where family members would arrive in their cars and chat till sunset by which time I often fell asleep. I would go back to those years at a "drop of a hat" if I could. Settle down in a layby now for "afternoon tea"...... Really don`t think so.      (You would have to navigate the heaps of dumped rubbish etc.

Luckily this " lay-by" was rubbish free. Its on the new bypass around the back of Norwich from A47 to A140 so its wasn't too bad except it was 31 degrees!
I saw Neils trip up to Cromer and decided i would meet him to save an hour each way. He was in his camper so had all he needed on hand. Nothing like the lay-bys i used to find  in my driver days
