Hi, I'm hoping someone can advise on what's missing from my front beam or show an image of what the bracket should look like that I appear to be missing.

I have a Flatlands front bumper but no obvious way to fit it with the parts I have... unless, which is likely, that I'm missing the obvious, and I need a bracket.

As you'll see from pics the bracket I have is curved to fit to the beam, the bolts are quite short and there's nothing to fit it to on the beam.

I'm hoping someone has fitted one before and can share an image of the bracket I'm missing, assuming that's what it is.

Looks to me like the black metal bit needs welding to the tubes   

As Dave says that design is copied from the original Meyers Manx one and the brackets should be welded to the front axle.

A non-invasive alternative may be to weld a couple of exhaust clamp U bolts to the brackets to make it a simple bolt-on job.

Mark showed me one of these back in 2016 and to the best of my memory the black bracket is indeed meant to be welded to the tube.
