After discussing Swanage over the Beer weekend I have to assume that the football club option is a no go and that after other people doing searches for camping options the only real option is Herston Yards campsite, www.herstonyardsfarm.com, so if you could let me know if you would like to stay on this site let me know so I can get some idea of numbers, cheers

Well done Mark on being the central point of contact for this hiatus.

It sounds like this alternative site has already been happily used by some buggyists and isn't that much further from things whilst having some extras like a shop & cafe.

As it doesn't rain during the carnival (!) it will be a great shame if buggy numbers are down due to a change of the camping base.
