As title asks really my dad needs a set to go into his 1954 buggy. As later ones wont fit. and wont weld up. Need asap as thats the only thing keeping it off the road.

Vw parts emporium have a set but they are not cheap but rhd oval pedal sets are always going to be expensive. Why can't you use an early '60's set? Would be a whole lot cheaper

ive seen the parts emporium set. hes very expensive so emailed him to try work something out. We tried a 72 set but wouldn't fit properly. need the pedals that are not the straight ones they bend off to the right. you think a early 60s set would work?

It depends on the location of the conduits in the tunnel really. I don't know. Manxdavid or Peter will probably know though

Hi rich yeah there at home on my pc. ive been told that i may just need a brass bush as the aecelerator is moving from side to side. i also need a return spring fur the pedal.
Yeah ive got some somewhere but all it is at the moment is a frame haha. took it back to bare metal and choped and changed the bars. whats yours like? should hopefully be done this summer. got everything i need now.

I have a set of pedals that are cast iron and are shaped off to the side. I know they are old but what age I am not sure.

Like yours the fug is just a frame at the moment but I have aquired most of the parts I need, just need a set of body panels.
