Portland is just one of those places I haven't been to yet I've seen photos and just like yours looks ace. agree Weymouth can be busy and a nightmare. Maybe Mark do a circuit that allows for some of the regular bits, but then has a choice. Portland or Bust!

I can just see a long line of buggies with that backdrop of the coast. that would be aswesome, and if you think about it, we don't get buggies and see pictures.... Even at Beer, the pictures you get are mainly of us convoying on the roads, and then parked up at the Beer carpark, but you don't quite get the closeness to the coast!

Having spoken to Jazzy last weekend, he can't commit to attending work due to work, also due to more people staying at alternative accommodation, I was wondering whether it's worth doing the party on Saturday night, or should we have the bbq and a social gathering, let me know what you think.

Speaking for Gary and I, we both really enjoy and appreciate music at the buggy events.

BBQ is a must, as is anything social -
Your Quiz is always brilliant, but after that I`m not sure we need a full blown Disco - Music and lights would be good for a bit of atmosphere

I have just confirmed Camping fees for this year, they will be the same as last year £7.50/Adult/night and £5.00/Child/night.I have also confirmed we will be having a quiz on Friday in the bar, and a bbq social on Sat Night in the bar area, so can you please make use of the bar, I have also asked about breakfast on Sunday, this is to be confirmed.
One other thing I've been asked is if anyone staying at another location can you not use the football club as storage for non buggy cars and trailers, otherwise a fee will be asked for.

Just a thought?  We are hoping to travel down wednesday and were planning to stay overnight about 60-80 miles from Swanage.  At the moment we are struggling to find anywhere.  Any chance of staying on the carpark?
