IBW entry completed and pay on gate selected to save international bank transfer.
The form is easy enough to guess translation but page 2 is.

Adult camping is 60 euro, camping and breakfast is 80euro and camping breakfast and evening meal is 100 euro the list of dots below prices are participant numbers.

Patrick will need to know numbers for food before the event so if using their food to sabe carrying cooking stuff you need to register.

As long as the tent pegs go in and the ground is softish.

For attendees I have been asked by hotel dwellers about having the food at the event so Patricks reply is

because we ask 15 euro a day per vehicle, for dayvisitors.
if they want, they can pay for the meals at the entrance.
but we need to know in advance for the meals.

Greetz Patrick.

So if you want breakfast and evening meal with the group fill in the camping form and annotate food only pay on gate.

Level ground. Looks like the heavy duty tent peg might be required.
If there isn't a match being played perhaps we can pitch on the pitch. 😉🤣

hahaha, there is place enough for everybody.
even for the tents, there are a few grass pitches, so no problems there ;-)

Ok so not long to go now and we haven't purchased anything for the party night. I know some people may have already done this but thought I'd open it up for discussion. Do we go full blown Mexican attire or a Mexican themed shirts? do we all go the same or different? I'm more concerned about packing about the size of the outfit and how much room I have in my luggage  :D  I've found some Mexican themed shirts on Temu that are around £6 and can fold small. Here is an example. I have only posted this example as they do this from a size 36-56 and do a tall men's and wider man's version. There are t shirts on there too but thought a shirt can be worn open with a t shirt if sizing doesn't fit. So what are your thoughts?  We are happy to go with the majority and it's always gone down well when we've all worn the same.

Thanks for this Vanessa.

Yes a group wearing the same shirt - more flexible than a  T shirt - is more justifiable (as a poor taste excuse) than buying different patterns.

It's partly a question whether the women and status males can cope with one design - this one say.

If most of us wear this design - Vanessa I'm sure will do a bulk order for us - then the flamboyant among us can pump the shirt with other Mexican bits and pieces?
