Hi anyone selling or know where to get a pair of j pipes like in the picture but with flanges for the heat riser pipe to fit please.  Hope that's right snoopy.

If your exhaust is not fitted with flanges for heat risers the only options are to either cut the flanges off an old exhaust (or get some fabricated) and get them welded to yours, or to get yourself a whole new system. The 'J' tubes take the gasses from the rear two cylinders into the main system so don't come with flanges.

I hope that's clear.

I think Debs is referring the standard heat riser points at the pulley end of the engine rather than the K J tubes at the flywheel end.

As David says depending on the exhaust you may need to replace or get something made and welded on. You missed an opportunity to have us crawl all over the problem at Beer

Not so   ;)

Debs is suffering from Carb Icing and it turns out that the heat riser pipes to the manifold have been removed and her exhaust has no connections to attach them to

So if anyone has a solution and can help with bits, then please post on here  ;-)up

The Rat got crawled over and it took seconds to see the problem but this has been with a vw guy to sort out bad running so the warm dry saturday cruise it was fine thing is there was so much going on down there things got missed I did not realise Paul had broken down on the cruise and got left.
It is coming here for and inlet manifold change and Debs is looking for exhaust parts but if not we can try and make something here then weld it on.

A pair of these, drilled out with a little bit of tube to bridge between it and the manifold, welded or brazed in place would do the trick.

Snoopy, I may have an old exhaust that I can cut the heat riser connections off. I will look tonight. If so I can give them to you at Dubs in the Middle

Would a hot air pipe from somewhere down on the exhaust to the air filter not be easier?
