As part of my plan to drive the buggy more this winter I am upgrading my heating system with these heated gloves.
I have just taken delivery and had a quick play and am very impressed so far.
They fit really well and are very comfortable. They are aimed at bikers and I am not one so I don't know how they would fare on a freezing day on a bike but for what I want they seem to be spot on.
There are 4 heat settings and a battery meter clearly visible on the outside. The icon thingy changes colour according to the heat setting selected.
The batteries tuck nearly inside a pouch in the wrist and I cannot feel them in there when wearing them.
They are a decent length and the charger has a double connector so I can charge both batteries simultaneously.
Unfortunately having had a quick play I now have to wait for Christmas before I can get my hands on them (or rather in them) again.
I will update again after I have had chance to use them properly.

That should say that the batteries tuck neatly inside a pouch,  not nearly inside.
Don't know how to edit it though.

I can vouch for the effectiveness of the heated biker gear, I used it for over a decade
every day whilst driving to work.

I use the Gerbing jackets and leather gloves, I modified the input cables to be permanently
attached to the gloves so as to remove all the various connection points and
reduce their number to just one on the jacket and one supplying both gloves...

Both the jacket and gloves were supplied via a heat controller and direct from Stell's battery.

I never ever had a battery issue in all the years and was literally boiling in temperatures
down to -12 and beyond.

I found the best setup, for me, was to just have a tee shirt under the jacket and a fleece
over that to top it all off.

It's a whole new world for me - I didn't know such things existed until my biker friend told me about it.
I have to say that so far I'm very impressed and I can't wait to try it out properly. It is all very clever stuff.

I hope you have as much success with it all as I did, as it literally changed my life. 

Having just a tee shirt under the jacket meant that all the heat went straight into me!

One other really nice result was that my windscreen never ever misted up as it was still sooo cold inside.

Also on a fast cooling evening after a hot day, I just turned it all on rather than shiver, and it all
turned out to be very useful indeed.
