Due to a change in project direction, I now have an Imohr STR Double A-Arm STD Independent front suspension for a Beetle Type 1 up for grabs.



This is brand new and unused and I have very quickly assembled it so that you can see that all parts are there. It is one of their RHD versions and uses a steering box from a GM Chevette. You can use your existing stub axles, but need to enlarge the steering joint holes to accept the rack ends. The beam bolts onto the front chassis and a small plate needs to be welded at the top of the tunnel a few inches back. Complete with instructions and installation guides and manuals. Its is a standard width and standard height (although that can easily be adjusted with the coil overs). Very few of these in the UK and after seeing how much it cost me in shipping charges and customs from those Dune Racing fanatics in Brazil, I can fully understand why.
