Assuming you're retired, and the number of buggy pics you're posting and time you spend out in the buggy suggests that could be the case, just break the journey each way with an overnight stop.

Stop near Brum and you can convoy with the MBC the rest of the way. They're a friendly lot and accepted me into the fold so not fussy

Not retired yet but working on it! I just work a weird shift pattern that means I work a lot then get days off which I use to go out in the buggy weather permitting.
Unfortunately unable to make that weekend though.
I'm Cornish and my name's Dave.

Had difficulties with the postcode where we are meeting Paul (Merscury) on Friday so as a guide this is a revised postcode which gets us onto the same estate NG12 4DE.
P.S for the Midland lot meeting at Tamworth services, we aim to be there for 7.30am, once everyone is there who said they will be meeting there, we will leave, hopefully before 8am  ;-)up

Hi Simon, Liz has booked a room in Boston Thursday and Friday but will be buggy less so have arranged at least one passenger seat for her. She has asked what she owes so have given her your number.

Still up in Lincolnshire being royally hosted by the incredibly welcoming, generous and happy Ward family. There is almost too much to report of entertaining times and great buggy fellowship but Vanessa, myself and others will post some envious images when we get to better internet connection at home later.

As a preliminary taster here's Simon receiving his Best Breakdown award from the Ashbourne cruise made in one of the last great engineering workshops of Evesham.

Followed by probably the first of at least 21 - the number of buggys present - posing at East Kirby.

That is an epic pic. ( ;D say that quickly).
Wish I'd been able to come. Got my buggy MoT'd but wet weather gear not functional - will fix it soon.
Who needs prozac when you can drive a buggy?
