There are EFI kits available for the Vair, but I can't be doing with the additional kit, having just rigged it all for carb.
having thought some more, a trad twin choke (progressive) style carb on each side, preferably vacuum secondary, might be an option. ( meaning a single carb on each side, plumbed into the dual intakes)

Given some thought to this, and actually, Bosch K jetronic, utilising some motorcycle throttle bodies could be a nice simple system.

As it has 4 carb ports, a metering head from a 4 cyl such as golf GTI mk1 would work. fashion the K jet injectors into the 4 throttle bodies.  pretty easy

Plan on Suzuki GSXR 600 throttle bodies for our buggy with standalone management,injectors are built into the body the early ones split into four separate throttle bodies you can pick them up cheap on eBay they have 36mm
Chokes in them

was looking at these from a twin, as it would save me creating linkages for all 4 bodies. I can just fabricate a manifold on each side to get into the two ports on the vair inlet manifold. only need to split the throttle cable into two that way.

And obviously fiddle the K jet injectors into the existing injector locations

Just gotta find two matching sets !

Have you looked on danST engineering they do all standalone management not too bad price wise they do basemaps to get you going then get it on the rollers to set up properly do all the multi plugs for different bike looms

Will look, but fancy the simplicity of K jet.

nice job on the seat belt mountings. you will also need a pair of reflectors on the rear end although the police will be to busy looking at the rest of the buggy road.

Messed with the jetting today, and now it's really quite drivable, massive improvement.

Also found a minor air leak on the carb base. Manifold plenum is not the best engineering!
Anyways, actually runs pretty well now, so will stick with the Holley for the meantime.

Few more finishing jobs to do, and fit the side pods and it finished.
