Buggy is H reg but 1982 registered with no documents and presently SORN so thinking correctly registered in 82 when it was built.

Also a nice T bucket project with daimler V8 by the look of it

135 classic cars all off one site some with no plates all with no documentation.

It actually looks all there and sound just needing a good wipe down and a bit of fettling.

Quite like that Bugle, some other interesting stuff there too, if anyone was wondering that unknown kit car in the lot is a Falcon Caribbean from the early 1960s and to show how big the kit car industry was back than, in the 4 years of production, 1959 to 63 they produced over 2000 of these bodies

What a walk down memory lane that aution site is.

Rare to have an auction of classics like that would be interesting to do a viewing to see the actual state of them. The nova has too many panels missing,  the avante looks pretty complete though so could be a good project.

Agreed Snoopy as the conditions seem to range from a fairly major projects needing body work through to some that look (Morris Minor, Mini Kit car, Buggy, Hot Rod) like you could start them and have them on the road in short shift.

Despite the auction disclaimers I bet nearly all are correctly registered etc and some bidders are going to get bargains having taken a slight risk.

You have to admit, that was one hell of a cool personal collection though

6 wheel range rovers have a higher weight limit, they used them on rapid response fire engines for the RAF. For joe blogs civvy and extra row of seats or more space for the gun racks. They were still 4x4 drive.

There was a 6 wheeled Ranger Rover at work. It had been modified as a rapid response fire tender. The water tank  didn't have any baffles in it. Apparently unless the tank was full to the brim it was an absolute death trap to drive.

It is indeed a Fire Engine he is restoring - its one of these
