There has been talk of just going away to the Peak District or Paignton again for a weekend so with Hazel moving NEWS we have finally grabbed a weekend as a few have already put it in their employers holiday book..
Common End Farm near Ashbourne Derbyshire is willing to host us at £18 a night for 2 on grass or £10 for singles with no hook up £21 with 6 amp hook up>

This is not an organised weekend so bookings will be direct to the camp site all we need is a list of folks so we can give the owner a list of interested parties to check off who has booked and paid to keep us all together when pitched. Arrive Friday or Saturday.

Some lovely roads and scenery for a cruise out and some nice towns to visit.

I've had an email back off the campsite and there are only 7 Electric Hook ups available in the area we will be having so according to the list there are only 2 more available 

We will confirm a EHU and take the HQ on wheels so one left.

We many just come down for the day as it looks like we cant get anyone to look after the dogs that weekend.  Will confirm closer to the date but would be a shame to miss

I have made the group booking under buggy club and Annabel has the list. She has emailed me the following and how to pay your deposit. You can email her direct (she doesn't respond straight away as she has another job out of season) or ring her if you need to change your booking i.e add a gazebo/ awning or I have given her the wrong details.

Many thanks for sending through further details for your group booking.

Taking the pitches in order, rates per night are as follows (along with assumptions I have made where the information is missing);

Coleman - £21
D Coleman - £18 (non EHU)
Taylor - £21 (6amp EHU rather than 10amp)
Kirby - £18 (non EHU)
Smith - £21
Watts - £18 (assume you are referring to this as a caravan - please advise) (non EHU)
Craddock - £21
Saville - £23 (assumes only 1 car)
Sandy - £18
Gadsby - £21
Cooper - £21
Ward - £23 for a 10amp pitch and 2 people.  Please advise on the age of the children and this will need to be added to this rate.

Once you have managed to confirm the final details, if you would like to go ahead and book we require a non refundable deposit of the first night which can be paid as follows;
i) cheque to A Tungate (not accepted if arrival is within 14 days of booking),
ii) bank transfer (a/c no. 16740660, sort code. 30-90-25, a/c name. A Tungate),
iii) debit card  - we can email through a link for you to pay securely through our card provider Worldpay (the email will show as from Worldpay and will appear in your inbox or possibly junk folder).   

The balance for the stay on all bookings (excl. group bookings of 4+ pitches) is due on arrival.  All payments made whilst on site are required by cash ONLY since we do not have a card facility.

Please be advised that as per our standard terms any amendments to bookings must be advised no later than 48 hours prior to arrival or you will be charged for the balance as booked.  Bookings over bank holiday weekends are subject to a 3 night stay.

Group bookings of 4 or more units are required to make a non refundable payment of the balance 2 weeks prior to arrival for us to continue to hold the pitches for their arrival.
