Paul I hunted around for quite a while and found the Durite one to be the best on offer. It's only 10-way but it is waterproof. I've bought two of them and plan to use one for ignition live and the other for battery live. The link below is the cheapest place I found - admittedly I got free delivery as they're local.

You can replicate this sort of things in a custom way using the "block assemblies" sold individually. relay holders/fuse holders\both together on a block. Each "block" connects to another. covers etc available. They are in the cbs catalogue and available at the usual outlets .. 12voltplanet, aes etc.
