Does anyone know what this type of clip is called, I'm missing one and cant seem to find the right words to find what its called!

Its the clip from the end of a carb linkage.

I think its a spigot clip similar to the old gas bonnet strut clips

no idea of the technical name but as you say it is a throttle linkage clip much used on webers and solex some have  cut outs in the centre to go over a spigot as shaggy says other like yours are just straight.
I may have a weber one from a fiat here if you need one and I can find it.

Yeah i looked for spigot clips and variants of that but to no avail. If you could find one that would be amazing! Beer tokens will definitely be supplied!

I don't know what it's called mate but you could try eurocarb, their very helpful and usually have stuff like that
