Toyz For Sale / Re: Ibanez RG550MXX Desert Sun Yellow. 20th Anniversary.

The colour matches your other toys so well. Don’t sell it, you’ll regret it!
But hey, pop it up on the Facebook market place and Reverb if you haven’t already. Seem like the most successful places to sell instruments lately.
Good luck with the sale.

Beach Buggy Body and Chassis Help / Re: Paint or wrap?
« on: May 16, 2019, 03:22:17 PM »If you go for a wrap go for 3M product & it will cost 1 - 1.5 K.
Agreed 3m is the way to go.![]()
I am currently wrapping a Ford Focus and have shelled out near £700 in materials alone![]()
It would be good to see some photos of the process and how this looks when it's done. Despite it not being a buggy could still be useful for some inspiration?

Beach Buggy Body and Chassis Help / Re: Gelcoat cracking / crazing
« on: May 15, 2019, 11:59:11 PM »Remember to really go to town with those 'V's. I remember sharing this years ago and everyone got scared.

And while you're at it, now is the time to make any body shape mods (if there's anything you want to change)

I believe Karl wrapped his own buggy. Has anyone got any pics? Might be worth getting in touch with him...

Always interested but whether the buggy is ready to come out of hibernation by that time is always another question

« on: November 14, 2018, 09:34:35 PM »if Hazels place is still avalable, id'like to aply for her place,
tried this last year but work commitments got in the way.
a flight is'nt realy expensive, so can fly in on thursday /friday and leave on monday morning as weekend departures are more expensive.
so the question is can i crash on a coutch somwere? as 3 hotel nights is a bit mutch for a silly plan like this.
I'm pretty certain Sonya has taken my place?
Vanessa or Mrs Shaggy would be able to confirm whether you can still book for the meal.

If there is anyone who was thinking they would like to go to the MBC Christmas party and didn't get their deposit in on time, I'm now not going so there is a place free. As Mrs Shaggy says, you will need to pay the balance by the 19th November though.

I must be getting old! My renewal with Flux keeps getting cheaper and cheaper and wonder if this year Cherished can offer anything better!

Cheers for sharing the pics
lots more seem to be surfacing on Facebook as well!
Just saw this over there too, which makes me wonder - did NEWS go quicker than usual for anyone else or was that just me?

haha, look at us all thanking each other... Feel the love!
Snoopy and Vicky you're the true convoy heros this year! There wouldn't have been one if you hadn't stepped in, so I probably owe you a drink (and again, Vicky that lemon drizzle cake - superb!) Also Paul, thank you for keeping the buggers entertained on the Friday night without me (and for helping with my tent as well as talking guitar geekery with me).
And to all the beautiful people who made it the weekend what it was, thank you!!

You can finally add me to the list
I booked my spot today. They were a little hesitant but as soon as I said I was with the buggy guys, they were happy to fit me in and once I said I was (kinda) the organiser they were more than happy
As a heads up, there is a conservatory we can all squeeze into on the Saturday evening for din dins but on the Friday it is booked out to another group. So I know what I'm planning to do... Got for Fish n Chips in Bewdley
Also, if anyone wants to stay on the Sunday watch the World Cup final then you're welcome to.
Is there anything else I need to tell you??

Boys and girls! We will be going through Bewdley on the convoy although we don't know how long we'll be stopping.
I just wanted to let you know about this beautiful little Riverside town!

It's about 15/20 mins from the campsite and has one of the top 10 Fish n Chip shops in the UK
so try them if you can.
And... There is a little exhibition in the Museum of good buddy of mine's amazing art work if any of you are feeling particularly artsy-fartsy, I would recommend a look!

Bewdley: Familiar Tracks
Celebrating local artist Sophie St. Clair Pedroza's acrylic paintings created in her distinctive style, depicting images of Bewdley and it's steam railway, along with work by photographer Jen Lobley, whose atmospheric shots highlight steam railways and their surrounding landscapes.
