Beach Buggy Rolling Chassis Help / Re: Wheel wobble HELP
« on: August 04, 2020, 07:44:11 PM »
I had a similar problem recently where I had an extreme steering wheel shake at certain speeds, but I have a king and link front beam. I had the front wheels rebalanced but it made no difference. I changed the steering box for a good original one and the problem seems to have been cured.

Hi, I had some machining done on my wheels by Lee at WAG Engineering in Smethwick, a small place but may be worth a try.

Beach Buggy Engine and Exhaust Help / Re: Polishing a stainless exhaust
« on: August 16, 2018, 09:49:44 PM »
Followed Keithmanx's recommendation and tried Autosol Bluing Remover. Must say I am really impressed with it, took some really bad stains off my exhaust in no time that would have taken ages polishing by hand.

Beach Buggy Rolling Chassis Help / Re: What tyres? 225/60 R15
« on: August 09, 2018, 08:50:33 AM »
slight miscalculation 225/60x15 should be about 25.6" tall, not 26.04"
