Beach Buggy IVA / SVA Help / Re: IVA Conundrum maybe?

If anybody thought getting their Buggy through the dreaded IVA test was going to be near impossible have a look at the worlds fastest shed which has been through the IVA test, I was speaking to the owner at the Main Event at Santa Pod at the weekend, if he can get that passed a Buggy should be a walk in the park

I have a spare gearbox (condition unknown so sold as spares) it is still attached to what's left of a floorpan with V5 and comes complete with a rotten but complete front beam, 4 steel wheels, I will post some pictures on Monday as I am away until then, it will need to be collected from Hull East Yorkshire.

Hi Paul, thanks for the reply, looking at the Admirals Hat there is what looks like a small flange but at some point it has been crushed when the floorpans have been replaced so I think I will just tidy it up a bit and secure it with a run of weld

Hi Paul, great pictures of the box section welded to the underside of the floorpan, just one question, is the front leading edge of the floorpan flush with the Admirals Hat piece when you have welded the box section in place as I have just removed the Wizard body off my floorpan and although the floor pans are in good condition (they have been replaced not too long ago by the look of them) the outer most edge looks like it hasn't been welded and moves just a little bit, my thought it should be flush.

Hi Guys, can I add my name to the Northern club, not got my buggy yet only floorpan and running gear at the moment but if any of you fancy a trip over to Hull I run a company for my daughter which has a decent size yard which would be ideal for a meeting point if anybody fancied it, free tea and coffee on tap, also it is only 5 minutes from the ferry terminal for trips abroad  ;-)(-;
