after draining the oil and filling up with new, how do I do this (filling it up) I have seen a video where the cable from the coil was removed and let the engine turn over a few times until the oil light goes out
do I have to remove the cable from the coil, and I dont have a n oil light.

As Clem says just disable the ignition wire off or rotor arm out then spin it over or take the plugs out a squirt of oil down each barrel then spin it over to got the oil around and bores wet then refit the plugs and fire it up it will smoke a bit but thats no problem.

If its been sat for a while, I'd go with the plugs out, oil down the bore option
