Does anyone know what year NOVA,(Notification Of Vehicle Arrivals), was introduced in the UK. Trying to find historical data

Notification of Vehicle Arrival (NOVA)

From 15 April 2013, new or used land vehicles brought permanently into the UK from abroad must be notified to HMRC within 14 days of arrival and any VAT due paid or ‘secured’. A new online system called Notification of Vehicle Arrivals (NOVA) supports this change.

Thanks Paul.... Guessing now I cannot get any detail of importation of donor beetle from S Africa which occurred 1993. V5C will have to do.

We hit minus 15 degrees here the other week. Just beaten by Scottish Glen at minus 18....

May be worth contacting the South African buggy owners as they live in country and will have more knowledge than us UK folks.
