Brilliant top end colour. 1967 is/was a great year for VW chassis.

That front end ‘radiator grill’ is asking for either Splinters name or teeth.

Plans are in the pipeline for the grill, not name or teeth related unfortunately Hugh!!

Hi From me..

A MK 2 unmodified RAT with even rarer original side pods... My first buggy in 1192 was a MK2 Rat with side pods. So have a soft spot for them.

Although I did the unthinkable and cut the front wings back and cut the side pods in 2 and threw them down the local tip, but it was 1993.
