Keith , yes pub busy plus a Blues game makes the McDonalds a bad meeting point. At least going to the chip shop means people can dash off who are busy on the afternoon (like Allan and I  ;D )

A fantastic ride out around Birmingham today and certainly made people smile. A huge thank you to everyone who made it but a special mention to those that traveled far, especially Simon and Matthew who left Skegness at 6.00am this morning to join us and Jason and Kath who traveled up from Bridgewater. Was a fun day especially with us managing to avoid any rain  :-*

The ride up was wet but the ride home was great with the roof off. A nice ride around parts of Birmingham however a certain pink buggy driver was noticed pulling over and bribing the men in uniform with chocolate.

Great shots Snoopy. Plenty of gleaming buggys and bugs.

It was pretty horrid here - rain and biting wind - which it sounds like you managed to cope with as you headed north to Lapland/Santa's Midlands address.

That pink buggy driver associates with a rum crowd so I'm not surprised to hear they were passing off chocolate money as the real thing.

I guess now Santa has appeared and done his lap of honour we can declare the Christmas festivities have started.

Hugh, the rain was pretty horrid when Allan and Simon left Coleshill and Vicky and Keith hit rain but luckily it all cleared up by 11am.

Stephen, yes we did get some double takes. I did when in the garage filling up on my own, dressed as an elf! One chap said, “you look a bit festive!”  ::)
