MBC Christmas Party Saturday 7th December 2019

Just spoken to Thandi Dube (0121 7012928 switch board connects her number) dropped Vanessa's name and she was immediately very friendly and helpful loading up the 'Buggy Club' booking. 

It takes a while to work through dietary requirements, special needs and the like, and I decided to pay the meal/party in full now to save having to remember (even harder now I'm 60). But note that the room payment and deposit are both non refundable. Thandi said she gets pressure from the front desk not to reserve rooms ahead of payment but the cost of block booking for this event gave a room rate that was far too high and Vanessa's route of individually bookings via Thandi at a lower rate was far more reasonable.
