I don`t have any this size but for the future take a look at Westfield Fasteners. I use these people for all my nuts bolts & washers. They don`t mind very small quantity orders.

It may or may not be of interest to you all but my daughter owns a fastening & packaging company www.stayfastsupplies.co.uk and stock almost any nut, bolt, washers that a Buggy will use so please let me know if there is anything we can do to help with anybody's build.

Thanks Flags. Yes I've used these for the CV joint bolts. The bolts I'm looking at now are the rear hub bolts - 4 each side. They're actually on my bus and two bolts were missing. They're 10.9 grade, I've got new bolts but can't find the wavy washers. I'm told the washers have to be the same grade as the bolts - would Schnorr washers be 10.9 do you know - it doesn't say on the listing I've found on fleabay?

Sorry matey but not sure on the hardness matching thing, I got my SA to Spring plate bolts from Volksbolts who are quite pedantic over TPI, hardness and correct washers for what they supply and they list the full kit you are talking about here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VW-Volkswagen-Bay-Window-Van-REAR-SPRING-PLATE-BOLTS-High-Tensile-Steel-1968-79/382192308608?_trkparms=aid%3D222007%26algo%3DSIM.MBE%26ao%3D2%26asc%3D49919%26meid%3D52723ca29c2748f8b2d8db31e74ff155%26pid%3D100005%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D1%26mehot%3Dlo%26sd%3D381297055338%26itm%3D382192308608&_trksid=p2047675.c100005.m1851
which shows spring washers, so they may be able to supply you with just the bits you need if you drop them a message?
