Is anyone taking their buggy to Volksworld this year?

With a tiny bit of fettling mine should be back on the road this weekend after a PITA gearbox swap and a load of other bits being done.    It's a local show for me so no excuses not to go in the buggy.....

Still space on the buggy stand if you want to display your car?

Took the buggy for a blast ang gave it a good clean today in readiness for Volksworld on Sunday.    Haven't been to Volksworld for about 5 years since I sold my bay so looking forward to it.

Big thanks to the Girls and Guys from SDBC for the very warm welcome today.

Tea, Coffee, Biscuits, Pork Pies, Sausage Rolls and even a glass of Prosecco.

Good to see that even on a semi moist weekend there are the few old, bold and beautiful that will still fly the Buggy Flag.

Just back from the Volksworld Show.
Thanks to the SDBC crew for their hospitality.
Learned two things –
1)   it was surprisingly cold driving the buggy at 7:30 am this morning
2) James May and I have similar beach buggies (except the rear lights on his are wonky).

James May’s buggy:
